The Strait Coffee Café is located in the Wilson Creek Plaza. We have experienced baristas who will make your drink the way you like it. We serve fresh sandwiches, homemade soups, and baking from scratch using all natural ingredients.

Strait Coffee has been buying, roasting and supplying wholesale, organic coffees since 1996. As part of our commitment to sustainability, almost all of the coffee beans we roast are organic, shade-grown and fair trade. You can taste the difference. Richer, stronger, purer. Simply unadulterated for your good health and the Earth. Why is shade-grown, Fair Trade, organic coffee better? Imagine coffee berries swelling under the shade of an equatorial canopy. Warm tropical light filtering through. Birds, bugs and natural fertilizers. Plants lovingly tended by family farmers and small co-operatives. This is organic, shade-grown and Fair Trade coffee. Compare this to hot-sun, plantation coffee that most people drink. They don't know that their coffee has likely been heavily treated with chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Our shade-grown, certified organic and certified Fair Trade coffee is a richer tasting and deeper quality coffee experience. An experience that is not tainted with chemicals, helps to preserve equatorial rain forest, supports coffee growers by paying them fairly to ensure them healthy living conditions and a sustainable economic future without the use of child labour. Our additional sustainable efforts include the use of 100% biodegradable bags. These 1lb bags are printed with water based inks and lined with a corn based polymer (PLA) which is biodegradable and compostable.
